A 3D character route
I tested a 3D version against the existing character references.
Ideas into stories.
Stories into production.
Production into content.
TOMMIE WATCH THE TRAILER ↗
Could I keep an AI character recognisable as her clothes, surroundings and actions changed — and connect those shots into a story? Curiosity about the tools became the brief for TOMMIE.
A self-initiated learning project with a specific goal: carry one character and a story thread through changing conditions.
Before the plot moves,
the character has to feel real.
A glance. A voice. Another presence.
The world becomes a
story through its people.
From character to consequence.

SELECT A LOOK / ORIGINAL REFERENCE STUDIES

I tested a 3D version against the existing character references.
The result did not preserve enough of Tommie’s identity, so I stopped that route.
The final presentation uses the trailer and four reference looks shown here.
Compare facial identity across the four looks, then watch how it carries into dialogue and action. The finished trailer also shows the edit, sound and pacing. The rejected 3D experiment is not included in this gallery.
Three ways I can apply this production approach to a new brief.
The tools are only part of it.
The decisions are the work.
Define the audience, the objective and what the content needs to do. A good production starts with better questions.
What should the audience notice, feel or do? That decision shapes the story, the production plan, the tool stack and the final format.
AI CONTENT PRODUCER · CREATIVE AI PRODUCER · AI VIDEO PRODUCERI translate creative intent into decisions every contributor can use: what stays fixed, what can change, who reviews what and what each stage hands to the next.
The useful question is not “which model is newest?” It is “which tool gives this shot, character or handoff the most control?”
TOMMIE project stack: Higgsfield, ChatGPT, Nano Banana and CapCut. My CV covers my broader toolkit.
Four checks I use when reviewing a character-led sequence.
Qualitative production review for a self-initiated film. Campaign performance has not been measured.
