TOMMIE
Continuity as a test
A character-led spy trailer made to stress-test consistency, not to claim a flawless one-click film.

The problem
Generated shots can lose a character's identity as wardrobe, lighting, movement and camera angle change.
My role
I led the concept, narrative line, reference system, shot choices, continuity review and final edit. ChatGPT and Nano Banana supported development, Higgsfield motion, and CapCut the edit.
The output
A completed independent trailer and four documented looks, reviewed qualitatively across varied situations.
What stayed.
What changed.
The repeatable asset is the decision system: references for face and styling; scene intent for each look; a review pass for likeness, motion and narrative connection. A 3D route was rejected when its likeness did not hold against the references.

Claim boundary.
This is a self-initiated production study. The trailer demonstrates creative direction and production judgement; it is not evidence of campaign retention, revenue or a client brief.
- Review criteria: identity resemblance, useful motion, dialogue plausibility and story continuity.
- These criteria are qualitative. No paid-campaign results or audience validation are claimed.
- Inspect the fuller production archive for additional frames and the trailer.
