Sulin
From jar to journey
A product identity expanded into a storefront and a proposed way to make the operations behind it easier to see.

The problem
The starting product lacked a distinct presentation. A coherent identity then needed a place to sell, and the growing storefront created an operations question.
My role
As brand owner and design lead, I directed the product presentation, packaging identity, storefront experience and Sulin Hub workflow concept. Implementation used AI assistance.
The output
A presented brand/product system, storefront design and an illustrative interactive Hub concept. No live operations backend or sales outcome is asserted.
Product.
Storefront. Hub.
The case is a sequence of expanding constraints: make the honey desirable, make the brand discoverable, then imagine a simpler way to manage what the site asks of an owner.

Hub: an interface concept.
The Hub shows how a brand owner might bring product information, content and site updates into a simpler workflow. Its interactions are demonstrative. It should be judged as an operations design proposal, not as an operating service.
- Real work shown: owner-led brand and storefront presentation.
- Concept shown: the Hub workflow and illustrative interface.
- Not claimed: customer growth, conversion lift or deployed back-office automation.
